Some of our members took a trip to Northwind Perennial Farm 7047 Hospital Rd, Burlington, WI 53105. For a nice photographic outing. After their shooting, on to a stop in Lake Geneva for lunch. We look forward to seeing some of these images in competition this coming year. From what has been heard, everyone had a fun time.

HankErdmann is a professional natural history photographer andphotographic educator who resides in Will County, Illinois. He hasphotographed throughout North America, making the Midwest his primarygeographic area of interest. A love of history, especially the maritimehistory of the Great Lakes, kindles a special interest in the ports,shorelines, islands, and natural areas of Lakes Michigan and Superior. Hehelped start the photography program at The Morton Arboretum near Chicago. In 2021 Hank was elected to the board ofdirectors of NANPA (North American Nature Photography Association). Arlington Camera Club is fortunate to haveHank join our upcoming meeting. On Wednesday September 20, 2023 at 7:30pm Hank willpresent a program for the Arlington Camera Club titled “Mystery in an ImageEquals Interest”. This will be youropportunity to take another step in advancing your photography skills. We all know how important composition is increating a great image, but do we ever try to capture the “Mystery” of a subject,or a scene.
